DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

At The Color Guide, all of our products are digital downloads (PDF files). We do not ship any physical items, which means there are no shipping fees and no wait times!

How Delivery Works:

• Instant Access: Immediately after your payment is processed securely, you will see a download link directly on the checkout confirmation page.

• Email Delivery: Simultaneously, we will send an automated email containing your unique download link to the email address you provided at checkout.

Didn't receive your email? Please allow a few minutes for the automated email to arrive. Make sure to check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders, as sometimes emails can be routed there.

If you still cannot find your download link after 15 minutes, please contact us at support.thecolorguide@gmail.com with your order number, and we will manually send you your file as soon as possible.
